Our shipping costs are calculated as flat rates based on your delivery location and the weight of your order. This allows us to provide consistent, transparent pricing across Australia, regardless of how far your package needs to travel or how heavy your cleaning essentials may be.
We understand shipping costs can be a point of frustration, and we want to be upfront: the cost reflects the actual expenses of packing and sending high-quality, often very heavy liquid products securely.
